Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. yellow squash
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 1/2 to 2 carrots, grated
    1 stick butter
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. Pepperidge Farm seasoned dressing crumbs
Preparation
    Slice squash and cook until tender.
    Mash in colander with a fork and let set to drain.
    Combine squash, onion, carrots, sour cream, soup and 1/4 cup melted butter.
    Pour 1/2 cup of melted butter over crumbs and toss.
