Hummus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked garbanzos
1 c. bean liquid (maybe less)
4 to 5 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 c. tahini
3 cloves pressed garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne
1/4 c. chopped parsley
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients together well.
Good as a dip or sandwich spread especially when spread on pita bread and served with tomatoes and sprouts.
