Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. potatoes
    1 large onion
    3 stalks celery
    1 c. milk
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/4 lb. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Dice potatoes, onion and celery.
    In a 6-quart pot, cover vegetables with water and cook until tender.
    Add milk, soup, butter, salt and pepper; simmer for about 1 hour.
