Chicken Casserole(This Is Low In Fat And Cholesterol) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (3 oz.) skinned chicken breast halves
    4 c. water
    vegetable cooking spray
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. skim milk
    4 oz. plain low-fat yogurt
    1/2 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    5 crackers, crushed
    1 tsp. low-fat melted margarine
Preparation
    Combine chicken breast halves and water in a medium saucepan. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until done; drain well. Remove chicken from bones; coarsely chop chicken. Place chopped chicken in a 1-quart casserole dish coated with cooking spray and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine milk, yogurt and soup in a medium bowl, stirring until well blended. Spoon mixture evenly over chicken. Combine crushed crackers and melted margarine, stirring well. Sprinkle crackers evenly over top of casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
