Ravioli With Broccoli Rabe(Quincy Pub Ii) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches cooked Broccoli Rabe, chopped
    2 cloves chopped garlic
    2 doz. cheese ravioli, cooked to desired tenderness
    4 oz. dry white wine
    4 oz. chicken stock
    black pepper and Romano cheese to taste
    2 oz. blended oil
Preparation
    Saute minced garlic in a skillet with 2 ounces oil and add Broccoli Rabe for 1 minute.
    Deglaze pan with white wine; simmer for 4 minutes.
    Add chicken stock, salt and pepper.
    Add cooked ravioli and simmer another 4 minutes.
    Add Romano cheese to taste.
