King Ranch Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken fryer
    celery
    1 pkg. corn tortillas
    1/2 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    onion
    bay leaves
    1 bell pepper
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 small onion
Preparation
    Boil chicken
    with
    onion,
    celery and bay leaves until soft. Debone and cut into bite size pieces.
    Use small amount of broth from
    chicken
    and
    saute
    onions
    and green pepper. After cooking a short time, add soup, tomatoes, seasoning and salt
    to
    your taste.
    Now
    layer
    in
    casserole.
    First
    dip tortillas in broth, cut
    in
    4 pieces and layer.
    Add part of liquid mixture
    and chicken.
    Do
    this
    3 times, topping with cheese.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven until bubbly and cheese melts.
