The Hour Glass Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. finely chopped pecans
    1/4 c. minced green pepper
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. seasoned salt (Durkee)
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese until smooth; add pineapple, one cup of the pecans, green pepper, onion and seasoned salt.
    When well mixed, form into a ball and roll in the remaining cup of nuts to coat. Wrap in Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight.
    May be frozen.
