Louisiana'S Bounty - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 stick butter or oleo
    1 lb. peeled and deveined shrimp
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    salt to taste
    1 tsp. Tabasco
    1 tsp. red pepper
    1 pt. white crabmeat
    3/4 c. cooked rice
    1 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1/2 c. cracker or bread crumbs
Preparation
    Melt cream cheese and butter in microwave on 1/2 power.
    Saute shrimp, onion, pepper and celery in 2 tablespoons butter.
    Add to the first mixture.
    Add soup, mushrooms seasonings, crabmeat and rice.
    Mix well.
    Place in 2 quart casserole dish and top with cheese and cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 to 30 minutes until bubbly.
    Freezes well.
    Makes 8 servings.
