Italian Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    eggplant, zucchini squash, onion, green pepper and red pepper (use as much as you like)
    tomatoes
    basil (fresh)
    olive oil
    Italian seasoning
    Parmesan cheese (fresh), grated
Preparation
    Chop vegetables in bite size pieces.
    Stir-fry in olive oil with dry Italian seasoning to taste.
    Add tomatoes and basil at end.
    Serve over a bed of pasta.
    Sprinkle with fresh Parmesan cheese.
