Barbecued Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 medium onion
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
    3 c. cooked rice
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Melt margarine in heavy skillet.
    Add celery and onion and cook until tender.
    Add rest of ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour into a casserole dish and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
