Cranberry Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jell-O
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can undrained crushed pineapple
2 c. whole fresh cranberries, chopped fine
1 orange, chopped or ground (about 2/3 c.)
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Dissolve cherry and lemon Jell-O and sugar in 3 cups boiling water.
Add lemon juice and pineapple; chill until gelatin mixture is partially set.
Fold in cranberries, orange, celery and walnuts.
Pour gelatin mixture into 8 1/2 cup mold.
Chill until firm.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
