Cinnamon Logs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. white sugar
1 1/2 c. half and half
1 Tbsp. white corn syrup
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cook first four ingredients to soft ball stage, stirring well. Then take off heat. Add butter and vanilla.
Let cool and set aside until cool enough to touch (set pan in sink of cold water). Beat until gloss is gone.
Take wax paper.
Put cinnamon on it. Then roll in cinnamon (roll into long logs, then cut in 1 1/2-inch logs each).
