Banana Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    6 eggs
    2 pt. half and half
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. ripe bananas, mashed
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt.
    Beat eggs until frothy. Combine sugar mixture, beaten eggs and remainder of ingredients. Beat until creamy.
    Pour into freezer and finish filling freezer with milk.
    Freeze according to freezer manufacturer's directions. Yields approximately 1 gallon.
