Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 egg yolks
5 Tbsp. lemon juice or lemon extract
Preparation

Mix sugar with cornstarch.
Gradually add water, stirring constantly.
Cook until thick and clear.
Slowly add beaten egg yolks.
Add salt and lemon.
Cook until mixture thickens.
Makes 1 (9-inch) pie.
