Sunday Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 slices round steak (1 1/2 inches thick)
    1 can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and pepper; pound well into the meat. Work in as much as possible.
    Place in large skillet or Pyrex baking dish.
    Pour sauce over top.
    Cover and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours, until tender.
