Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Wesson oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 (1 oz.) bottles red food coloring
    2 eggs
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
Preparation
    Cream together Wesson oil, sugar, red food coloring and eggs. Blend in flour, buttermilk, vanilla and cocoa, mixing well after each addition.
    Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
