Microwave Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can whole kernel corn, drain off half liquid
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 box Jiffy corn mix
    1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 stick margarine
    onion and green pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Melt margarine for 30 to 45 seconds.
    Mix in remaining ingredients.
    Cook in low round dish with inverted saucer in the center or in a ring mold.
    Cook 17 minutes on 80% power or until knife in center comes out clean like a cake.
    For one half the recipe use 1 onion.
