Sand Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter (Parkay or Imperial)
7 tsp. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. nuts
2 c. flour
Preparation

Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Add flour and nuts and mix well. Roll in 1/2-inch balls or press into cookie size.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until light brown.
Remove from oven and roll in powdered sugar while hot.
Let cook and roll in powdered sugar again. Makes approximately 4 dozen.
