Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium can crushed pineapple, drained well
    2 large pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together.
    Roll or absorb moisture on paper towels.
    Shape into a ball.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Next day, roll ball in chopped pecans.
    Put on Ritz crackers.
