90-Minute Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

2 c. unsifted flour (about)
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Combine 3/4 cup flour, sugar, salt and yeast.
Heat milk, water and butter until liquids are 120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0.
Add to dry ingredients; beat for 2 minutes.
Add 1/4 cup flour.
Beat at high speed 2 minutes.
Stir in enough flour to make a soft dough.
Turn onto floured board; knead 2 to 3 minutes until smooth.
Place in greased bowl; grease top.
Cover.
Place bowl into large pan of very warm water (about 120\u00b0).
Let rise 15 minutes.
