Bacon Yum Yums - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. thick-sliced bacon
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation
    Place bacon slices in a single layer in a shallow pan (jelly roll pan).
    Combine brown sugar and mustard; sprinkle mixture over bacon slices.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Drain; cut into desired pieces with kitchen scissors.
    These may be served for a brunch or as an appetizer.
