2 sticks butter, melted
1/4 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 c. powdered sugar
3 c. milk
2 pkg. instant lemon pudding
small frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/4 c. nuts
Preparation

First Layer:
flour, butter, pecans or walnuts.
Bake for 20 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
