Japanese Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fresh coconut
    1 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. milk
    6 eggs
    1 box raisins
    1 c. pecans
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add well beaten egg yolks.
    Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with milk.
    Add coconut, raisins and nuts which have been rolled in flour.
    Add beaten egg whites last.
    Bake in 4 layers at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes.
