Oatmeal Bread * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. quick oats
    1 1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    1 1/3 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Bring water to boil; pour over oats.
    Let stand for 20 minutes. Cream margarine and sugars.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Add alternately with oat mixture.
    Bake in a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
