Carrot Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pumpkin
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. dry milk
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    8 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
    4 Tbsp. raisins
    2 eggs
    8 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. pumpkin spice
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. or more ground carrots
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Combine with pumpkin, eggs and vanilla. Stir in carrots and raisins.
    Spray muffin pans with oil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Yields 1 dozen.
