Apple Crunch Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1-1/2 cups oil
2 cups sugar
3 cups flour
1-1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1-1/2 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. salt
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped pecans
3 cups applesauce or grated apple
Preparation

Place oil, sugar and eggs in a large bowl and mix.
Add flour which has been sifted together with all the spices, salt and soda. Add applesauce, raisins and pecans; stir.
Pour batter in a greased tube or bundt pan and bake 2 hours and 15 minutes at 250 degrees.
