Scratch Brownies Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted cake flour
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. brown sugar (dark)
    1/2 c. corn oil or melted butter
    3 oz. unsweetened chocolate
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. ground pecans
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Mix cake flour, baking powder and salt together.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat eggs, corn oil and vanilla in a separate bowl.
    Slowly add sugar.
    Melt chocolate slowly and add to mixture.
    Stir in dry ingredients and nuts to wet mixture.
    Put in 13 x 9-inch greased baking pan.
    Bake for 32 to 35 minutes and test for continuity. Cut in squares while warm.
    Should yield 24 brownies.
    Serve with warm cherries on top.
