Fresh Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine, room temperature
    3 large eggs, room temperature
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 very ripe bananas, mashed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. low-fat buttermilk
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray a 12 cup Bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
    In a large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed, beat margarine and 1/4 cup sugar until light and fluffy; beat in eggs, one at a time.
    Stir in vanilla, bananas and buttermilk until well combined.
