Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. uncooked rice
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 pkg. Lipton onion soup
6 c. hot water
3 or 4 uncooked chicken breasts, cut into pieces
Preparation

Spread rice in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Combine onion soup with the boiling water and cream of chicken soup. Stir into rice in baking dish.
Place chicken pieces on top.
Cover dish lightly with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer or until all liquid is absorbed.
