Apricot Glazed Pork Roast(Crock Pot) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Campbell's Condensed Chicken Broth
    1 - 18 oz. jar apricot preserves
    1 large onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    4 lbs. boneless pork loin roast
Preparation
    Mix broth, preserves, onion and mustard in slow cooker.
    Add pork and turn to coat.
    Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours. If you wish to have shredded pork, just cook longer.
