Onion Casserole(Club Member: Lee Ann Mcraney) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1/2 c. cheese
    5 onions
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    12 crackers
Preparation
    Slice onions; place in bottom of casserole dish. Cook sausage; drain and sprinkle on top of onion slices. Crush crackers on top of this. Spoon mushroom soup on top. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until onions are clear.
