Holiday Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
5 oz. jar English cheese
5 oz. jar Roka Blue cheese
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. fresh parsley, chopped fine
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Soften cream cheese and cream together with other two cheeses. Add and mix well the red wine vinegar and garlic powder.
Roll into ball.
Cover well with parsley and pecans.
Keep refrigerated.
Serve with assorted crackers.
