Lemon Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
6 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. lemon rind
2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Mix butter, confectioners sugar, 2 cups flour and salt and pat evenly into pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Mix together eggs, 6 tablespoons flour, lemon rind, sugar and lemon juice. Spread over baked crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and sift confectioners sugar on top.
Let cool and cut in squares.
