Vegi Curry Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. brown rice
1 lb. broccoli
1 lb. Cheddar cheese
1/4 lb. margarine
1/4 c. curry
1 Tbsp. vegi salt seasoning
1 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. crushed peppers
Preparation

Cook rice and combine all ingredients, except cheese in large casserole dish.
Dice margarine and distribute well.
After all ingredients are well mixed, taste and add additional seasoning, if needed.
Once satisfied, slice cheese and lay on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
