Creamy Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. zucchini, cubed
    3/4 c. carrots, shredded
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. Stove Top stuffing
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute first 3 ingredients in butter until almost done.
    Stir in Stove Top stuffing with seasoning, cream of chicken soup and sour cream.
    Stir together lightly.
    Put into a casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
