Banana Sour Cream Walnut Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. mashed bananas (about 3 bananas)
    2 3/4 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs and bananas and beat until well blended.
    Sift together flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Add alternately with sour cream to banana mixture, stirring just to blend.
    Stir in nuts.
    Spoon batter in a 9 x 5 x 2 3/4-inch loaf pan that has been greased and floured on bottom only.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
    Let stand in pan on rack 20 minutes. Remove from pan.
    Cool thoroughly.
    Wrap in plastic wrap to keep.
