Sausage Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes, sliced thinly
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1 lb. fully cooked smoked sausage, cut into 1/2-inch slices
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, onion and green pepper in boiling water until tender.
    Drain.
    Place in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Add sausage and toss lightly.
    Combine cream cheese, milk and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in sour cream and flour.
    Pour over casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
    Serves 4.
