Easy Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 fryer chicken, cut up
    2 1/4 c. warm water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Grease large baking dish; put in rice, cream of chicken soup, water, lemon juice and onion soup mix.
    Lay chicken pieces over mixture, then salt and pepper.
    Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
