Oatmeal Scones - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. oatmeal (1 1/4 instant)
1 egg
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 c. honey
Preparation

Sift first 4 ingredients, then add oatmeal.
Melt butter and let cool.
Add additional ingredients and stir.
Fold in dry mixture.
Form into ball and put on floured surface.
Form in 8 inch circle and cut into 8 wedges.
Place wedges 1 inch apart on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
