Sausage And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
6 slices buttered bread with crust removed
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. or 1 pt. half and half
5 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Grease a 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish.
Place bread in bottom.
Sprinkle browned sausage over bread.
Add beaten eggs to half and half and salt to taste.
Pour over sausage and bread. Sprinkle cheese over the top.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
