Peaches And Cream Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 1/4 oz. box vanilla pudding (not instant)
3 Tbsp. butter, softened
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
15 to 20 oz. can sliced peaches
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. reserved peach juice
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix together flour, salt, pudding mix, butter, milk, baking powder and egg at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Pour into pie tin. Pour drained (save juice) peaches onto batter.
Mix in small bowl the cream cheese, sugar and 3 tablespoons reserved peach juice for 2 minutes at medium speed.
Spoon to within 1 inch of edge of batter.
Mix together 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle on top of pie.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Keep in refrigerator.
