Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped
3 c. coarsely chopped cabbage
salt
1 c. tomato soup
3 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. ground beef
pepper
grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Saute onion in oil and add ground beef, salt, pepper and pan drippings. In bottom of a 2-quart casserole dish, spread half of cabbage. Cover with half of meat mixture and half of the can of soup. Add some Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
