Fruit Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. milk
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. finely chopped apple
1/2 c. chopped, pitted dates
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients; beat until smooth.
Stir in fruit. Serve on bread.
Yields 1 3/4 cups.
