Corn Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Mexicorn
    1 small to medium onion, chopped
    sour cream
    mayonnaise
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated (I use the mild)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all together and let set overnight before serving.
    Serve with a variety of chips and/or crackers.
