Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
2 qt. popcorn, popped and warm
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Combine butter, garlic salt, salt and oregano in small saucepan.
Stir over low heat until butter melts.
Pour over popcorn, mixing well.
Spread in shallow pan or cookie sheet and sprinkle cheese over all.
