Braised Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 double rib or regular pork chops
    1 1/2 c. soft coarse bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. sage or poultry seasoning
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    2 tsp. melted butter (optional)
Preparation
    Flour tops and salt and pepper them to taste.
    Add a little milk to bake them in.
    Lightly mix together crumbs, sage, celery, salt, pepper and butter and sandwich this between chops.
    Lay in baking dish or skillet.
    Sprinkle with flour on the top chop and pour milk over tops to about 1/2-inch but don't cover chops.
    Cover and bake in moderately slow oven (325\u00b0) for about 2 hours, uncovering to brown tops the last few minutes.
