Fresh Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    4 c. fresh blueberries
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    pastry for 2-crust 9-inch pie
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except butter and pastry.
    Roll out half the pastry 1/8-inch thick and line 9-inch pie pan.
    Pour in berry mixture.
    Dot with butter or margarine.
    Cover with the remaining pastry.
    Trim, turn under and flute edge.
    Cut a gash in top crust to allow steam to escape.
    Bake in preheated hot oven (425\u00b0) for 40 minutes or until crust is brown.
