Sunday Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 to 5 lb.) roast (beef, pork or lamb)
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. Zesty Italian dressing
    1 tsp. garlic
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
    5 to 10 scrubbed potatoes
    5 to 10 peeled onions
    10 scrubbed carrots, halved
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. cooking wine
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven
    to
    325\u00b0.
    Place
    roast in large covered black enamel
    pan.
    Mix
    pineapple
    juice
    with water and next four ingredients
    and pour over roast.
    Cook one hour, basting roast with
    the liquid at least twice.
    Arrange all vegetables around roast;
    baste, cover and cook for another hour, basting frequently.
