Gaelic Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sirloin steaks (about 6 oz. each)
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. Irish whiskey
    1 onion, finely chopped
    12 mushrooms, sliced
    1 c. peeled, crushed tomatoes
    3/4 c. whipped cream
    salt
    freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
    Saute steaks in 2 tablespoons of butter to desired amount of cooking, 3 to 5 minutes on each side for rare, depending on thickness.
    Add whiskey to pan and ignite.
    When flame dies out, remove steaks and keep warm.
