Healthy Pot Of Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large onions
2 green peppers
1 bunch celery
1 large head cabbage
2 small cans whole tomatoes
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
2 beef or chicken bouillon cubes
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Put tomatoes in food processor and chop.
Cut raw vegetables in small to medium pieces and cover with water.
Add tomatoes and remaining ingredients.
Cook for about 15 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
If desired, can add curry, parsley, bay leaf, shrimp, chicken, etc.
This makes a lot of soup!
